ILS and its affiliate, MSO Health Systems, currently manage over 18,000 pediatric Medicaid and commercial members through Management Services Organization (“MSO”) agreements with a large HMO in South Florida.

All of the members are in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties. The PCP centers are not at risk with the MSO or the HMO. Instead, ILS works collaboratively with each center in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to the members.

ILS and MSO Health Systems provide the following services to the HMO and their network providers:

• Specialty network development in conjunction with each PCP center;
• Referral center where PCP centers can call and make referrals to an ILS Specialist during normal business hours;
• Coordination with the HMO Marketing Representatives and PCP centers;
• Development of value-added services such as clinical pharmacy services, prescription delivery program, therapy services management and PCP center extended hours programs;
  
• Customized software solutions such as practice management systems and data warehouse systems.
