SUMMER FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Fresh produce is abundant this time of year. Hit up a local farmers market and mix up the types of fruits in this smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 Peaches (peeled, seeded and chopped)
  • 6 oz Peach avored Greek style yogurt (non-fat)
  • 1 Cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Directions

  • Combine all Ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
